To Slack or not to Slack

I feel like a slacker because I haven't posted in a while. Or is it that when I spend hours reading everyone's posts and posting my own I am slacking on taking care of Lydia, cleaning, and making dinner for Josh? So, I guess no matter what I do I am slacking on something.

So much has happened in the last little while. Things are really falling into place for us. It turns out the world is not going to end after all.

Josh got a full time job working for a company called QuicKuts. So if any of you need a haircut...just kidding. Almost everyone we've told thinks that he's going to be doing hair. But it's way better-it's scrapbooking! That's maybe worse than people thinking he's doing hair. QuicKuts sells paper cutting machines. He won't actually be doing any scrapbooking-He's a sales rep over the southern states. He really likes it and of course I do too. I am totally sold on the products, I can't wait to get my hands on them. They have a paper cutter that is similar to the Cricut. Although I do like the Cricut, I would choose the QuicKuts cutter any day. I couldn't be more excited-I prayed really hard that he would get this job.

Josh Graduated! Do you ever wish you could take your own pictures??? I am so proud of him! It is so nice that he just comes home from work at 5 and then we have the whole evening together with no homework. I think I could really get used to this. He is working on his dental school application for the fall of 2009. At least we will get a one year break without homework.

Lydia has 2 teeth! She was so grumpy and congested while they were coming in. I can't believe we have to do that 20 more times. I really don't know how many teeth babies get, that's just a guess.

And last but not least-we finally found an apartment. I have really loved living here with my parents. The bond that Lydie has developed with them is totally worth any inconvenience. I am actually a little sad to be leaving the ward and especially my calling in the Young Women. But I tear up when I think of not having to army crawl across the bedroom floor to get something out of the bedroom while she's napping. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, washer dryer hookups, newish carpet, and plenty of closet space. It even has a desk that Josh said I could use for my scrapbooking stuff. It's in Provo on Center street, pretty close to Seven Peaks. Life is so great! We are excited to be on our own again and we can't wait to have you all over to see it.

Thanks for your encouraging comment! So is your new apartment in the 147th ward? I think we figured out that we live about a mile from you guys now. When are you moving? Congrats on the job!

Congratulations on the job and the apartment! Lydia is so cute too. Morgan is getting molars on the top now, which hasn't been very fun for either of us. Good luck with applications. Mike is doing med school applications for fall 2009 too.

I have loved seeing you guys lately. It is really nice to have Josh at the same work with Theron. I am glad Josh is liking it and I hope it works out. Don't worry I keep telling them you need scrapbook stuff.
