One Man's Trash...

My first successful craigslist purchase! I've been shopping around for a chair for our family room and they're just a little out of our price range. So I turned to craigslist and found this chair-and the guy lived RIGHT around the corner from us. I sewed new cushion covers, Josh sanded it and fixed the creaks. I painted it and we have a totally new chair. And now we're one step closer to being ready for this baby to come.

And don't worry, he's now 7 lbs. 10 oz! I went in for an ultrasound this week and I about died when she said that he was measuring so big. Lydia was about that size when she was born a week late! No wonder I feel like I am carrying around a bowling ball! We are really praying he comes next week before he hits the ten pound mark!

So jealous! I have been searching online for a chair like that...but so far I haven't found one I really like. You've inspired me that I can do the makeover thing...You're quite the seamstress though...I'm definitely going to have to find someone to help me with that. It's beautiful. Hope this baby gets here soon.
