Life as a parent is a huge adjustment-especially at first. One thing that I have found is that every single day it just gets better and better. Lydia is growing and changing so much. We loved her so much when she was born-I thought I couldn't possibly have the capacity to love her more, but I do. Her little personality just keeps getting sweeter. Life has gotten a lot easier now that she's a little older. I can actually go to the store without getting all stressed out, she sleeps more, she's happier when she's awake, she entertains herself a little, it just keeps getting better. She has started eating rice cereal. It is so fun to feed her-even though most of it ends up on her face and on her bib!
As you have noticed I haven't posted very many times. I guess I get caught up in thinking that when I post it needs to be something amazing that everyone will think is exciting. Does anyone else feel like that?? Please forgive me if in the future all I talk about is sweet little Lydie. She's my life and all of the exciting changes have to do with her. I love being a parent!

For the record - I think those sweet little moments that are sometimes so ordinary in life are the best things to blog about! :) I love seeing pictures - we miss you so much!
