It finally happened, Lydia got her first big owie. She was running at full speed, lost her balance, and fell right into the corner of the table. We both cried. The blood gushing out of her wound into her eye sent me into a panic. When she finally let me clean it off in the bath I could see it wasn't as bad as I thought, but it sure was scary! I think I need to take a first aid class.Good news! Lydie is not saying "no" to everything anymore. She now responds "yeah" to every question, even when she has no idea what we're talking about. It's so much better than the no's.

When Allie was Lydia's age, I wanted to buy her a helmet. Really...Cam and I looked into it.
I am not looking forward to the days of big owies! I'm positive that Logan is going to be moving so fast that he will get way more than his share! Goes with the territory I guess! Lydie is so adorable!!

we're trying to teach Annabelle how to say yes instead of no. I think we are going to copy you and teach her yeah. That's easier to say than yess.
